Everything we sell is guaranteed to be in at least excellent condition unless otherwise stated. We aim to provide a quick, quality and professional service. Should you have a problem with any order then please email us and we will rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping Procedure
If payment is made by Paypal, credit or debit card, all goods are normally shipped within 1-2 days of receiving an order. If payment is made by credit/debit card, accounts are not debited until the order is ready to dispatch.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Goods which customers are not satisfied with can be returned up to one month after purchase, for an exchange, or for a full refund. Please email us first before returning any goods.

Cancellation Policy
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case we will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. If you decide to cancel your order with Rock of Ages, you must let us know in writing [email is fine] first.
